How ImpactLedger Works
A project moves from proposal to verified impact in four steps. Funds are released only when a milestone has been verified.
From Proposal to Verified Impact
What happens to a project, step by step.
Proposal
An operator describes the project and what it will deliver. The AI-assisted pipeline turns that into milestones that can be checked, each with the evidence it will need.
Decision
Proposals are reviewed and a person makes the final funding decision.
Verification
The operator submits evidence for a milestone. The pipeline reviews it, a person decides whether the milestone has been met, and the result is recorded with on-chain proof.
Release and Certificate
Funds are released for the verified milestone. Once a project is complete it gets an impact certificate: a permanent digital record of what was delivered, with no personal data.
For Operators / NGOs
Propose projects, deliver results, and build a verified track record.
Register & Get Verified
Complete verification. Provide organizational credentials, track record, and operational capacity documentation.
Propose a Project
Define milestones with clear, measurable deliverables. Set sector, location, beneficiary count, budget allocation, and the evidence each milestone needs.
Submit Evidence
As you deliver, upload evidence for each milestone: photos, receipts, delivery confirmations, impact reports.
How verification works
Evidence for a milestone is reviewed by an AI-assisted pipeline and then by a person. Nothing is released on the pipeline's word alone.
Verification Process
- 1.Operator submits evidence for the milestone (photos, PDFs, video)
- 2.The pipeline reviews the evidence against the milestone
- 3.A person reviews the result and decides whether the milestone is met
- 4.The decision and its evidence are recorded with on-chain proof
- 5.Funds are released for that milestone
